Our summer term starts next week. I endeavour to offer something to everyone in the reduced timetable over the summer but this means it may mean you’ll have to join something slightly different from your usual class – let me know if you have any questions around which classes would suit you best – if there is enough demand I’ll put on an extra class or tweak timings! I know many of you will be taking holidays so as usual you can dip in and out of classes as long as there is space, I’ll be as flexible as possible so you can keep up your practice throughout the summer – remember there will aways be options to join remotely via live zoom link or to have a post class recording.Our theme for Block 5, 2025 is “Wild Heart

This yoga block is designed to explore the intricate layers of your back, front, and core bodies. It’s a journey into the heart, where strength, softness, and wildness converge. It will be a dance between grounding into the back (building resilience and a sense of unwavering support), and moving through the front body (gently softening, inviting openness and vulnerability). All orchestrated by the core, awakening a dynamic centre that integrates our entire being.

These classes weave together floor-based postures, standing and balance poses, flowing movements and mindful holds, each crafted to enhance your connection within. Through these intentional movements, you’ll cultivate a deeper awareness of your body’s innate wisdom and fluidity for an experience that balances strength with softness and invites the wild heart to flourish.

NEW Yoga4Health -10 weeks courses coming soon – potential patients can self-refer or be referred via social prescribing. These courses are aimed at those wanting to bring greater balance and wellness into their lives. The courses are suitable for those suffering with anxiety, mild depression, diabetes, pre-diabetes, high blood pressure and early stages of heart disease and those who are over weight or obese or socially isolated. Please get in touch via the usual channels if you or someone you know might be interested. STARTING SEPTEMBER 2025
