Namaste, Thanks to all who have joined me this block – I hope you’ve enjoyed it. I’ve had many special moments in class this month and been reminded of what a privilege it is to do what I do, thank you all for being part of this community.

Yoga4Health (NEXT COURSE STARTING MARCH 2026) -10 week program – potential patients can self-refer or be referred via social prescribing. These courses are aimed at those wanting to bring greater balance and wellness into their lives. The courses are suitable for those suffering with anxiety, mild depression, diabetes, pre-diabetes, high blood pressure and early stages of heart disease and those who are over weight or obese or socially isolated. Please get in touch via the usual channels if you or someone you know might be interested.
