This Week in Class

We’ll continue with physical practices to strengthen and support and joints. Yoga is the practice of moving the body with intention. Whatever we do in class this week, honour your personal approach to the poses. Do this practice remembering that you are a unique experience and expression of each pose.

Thought for the week

There is not one thing that withholds you from your life as much as living in other people’s heads. When you operate with the unconscious belief that to experience love is to earn it from others, you exist to construct an image of who you are rather than the reality of who you might be. You heal from this when you come to understand that you cannot truly control how you are seen, you can only project. You assume. What you imagine others see is more telling of your subconscious psychology than any external perception. Understanding this unlocks wisdom about who you want to be. Rather than trying to get other people to see you a certain way, ask yourself to actually become that way, in real time. That is the difference between grazing the surface of life, and diving all the way in.

Email/call to book, and please request health questionnaire if this is your first class with me or your details have changed. REMINDER: payments are due on or before the day of any class taken. THANK YOU.

Multiple class discounts (excludes restorative, yin and other ad-hoc classes and workshops, also excludes classes at the Space to Breathe as we are a NOT FOR PROFIT collective – excellent packages available direct).  The second (and third) booked class in a given week will be charged at 40% discount i.e., book one block get 2nd class in same block for 40% off, same applies to PAYG but within the same week.

 ***KWY MEMBER*** 

Anyone who books a whole block automatically becomes a KWY Member and qualifies for a discount on ad-hoc classes and workshops. 

Payment secures place (CONCESSIONS are available to those who need them, please contact me). My preferred payment is via bank transfer (Ref: Course Ref) but I am able to accept card or cash payments in class.
