An extra date has been added to the end of the block to replace last Mondays cancelled class – Beginners 9.30am Monday class is now extended to the 3rd April.

The next restorative yoga class is on Wednesday 29th March – experience the effects of these soothing, quieting poses on your body and mind in this month’s class “Relax and Renew” – the antidote to stress. Also, a full body tension release YIN class THIS Thursday.

ON OUR MATS: Yoga is a strategy for a happy life. All the main practices of yoga – asana, pranayama, and meditation – are about letting go of suffering, letting go of creating suffering in others, and thereby living a happy life. This week make the decision to let go of something that has been bothering you. And on your mat remember to let go too and notice how good you feel.

LIVING OUR YOGA: In the state of yoga, there are no distractions. In the swirl of life’s events, it is easy to be distracted from what is really important. Today when someone speaks to you, put down what you are doing, turn toward them, and give them your full attention. It will reduce stress and create connection with them.
