Block 1, 2026 “CHANGE – The Only Constant” – Discovering a Life of Strength and Spirit
While every change is unique, its arc is predictable. The best way to embrace change is to greet it. Our focus for the first block of 2026 will be greeting change – we’ll do this with our yoga using physical and spiritual practices for evolution.

NEW Yoga4Health (NEXT COURSE STARTING MARCH 2026) -10 week program coming soon – potential patients can self-refer or be referred via social prescribing. These courses are aimed at those wanting to bring greater balance and wellness into their lives. The courses are suitable for those suffering with anxiety, mild depression, diabetes, pre-diabetes, high blood pressure and early stages of heart disease and those who are over weight or obese or socially isolated. Please get in touch via the usual channels if you or someone you know might be interested.
