Our Timetable is all back to normal this week – thank you for accommodating changes these past few weeks. CBeebies day of filming was hectic but all went well, happy children, happy producers.
Restorative Yoga – Saturday 5th October, 1.30pm to 3.30pm – fully booked. The next one will be at Space to Breathe on the 23rd November “Anxiety-Balancing Practice – Calming Your Body and Mind.” This will be repeated at Studio Bhāvanā – date TBC

Yin and Self-Massage – new version of this popular workshop coming soon – watch this space.

This Week in Class

Obstacles – sometimes internal but often external. We can walk about the worlds letting others define our emotions. We get pulled this way and that by others behaviours. “Not Today, I Am Strong” is a reminder that the very centre of your control is internal, despite external distractions.

Our theme for this week,“Not today, I Am Strong”, comes from my frustration (sadness and anger) at having my website hacked this week – causing me a great deal of stress and extra work/expense at a very inconvenient time.  As I was trying to sort out the mess caused by some anonymous hacker this was my mantra, “Not today, I Am Strong” This is a mantra of protection. It’s a mantra to maintain your own power in the face of onslaught, of obstacles not of your own making. This is our intention for the week: “Not today. I am Strong.”

Multiple class discounts (excludes restorative, yin and other ad-hoc classes and workshops, also excludes classes at the Space to Breathe as we are a NOT FOR PROFIT collective – excellent packages available direct).  The second (and third) booked class in a given week will be charged at 40% discount i.e., book one block get 2nd class in same block for 40% off, same applies to PAYG but within the same week.

 ***KWY MEMBER*** 

Anyone who books a whole block automatically becomes a KWY Member and qualifies for a discount on ad-hoc classes and workshops.
